We are looking for a full time Senior Administrative Officer to join our busy and friendly Student Records Team in Registry.


As a Senior Administrative Officer, you will be a key part of our Student Records Team who work with staff across the institution to ensure that the University collects and stores accurate data about students and their studies, and that the Banner student records system is developed to support the student lifecycle.


You will have the opportunity to specialise in some aspects of the team's work and will be working closely with the Team Leader and the other Senior Administrative Officers to coordinate the day-to-day work of the team across the range of activities we support, which includes student administration and assessment, student finance, data quality, enrolment and council tax exemption.


Excellent IT skills, communication, organisational and inter-personal skills are required, and you must be able to demonstrate that you can work accurately and within relevant policies and procedures.

You will be a team player with a proven ability to work proactively.
