Description
To provide administrative support to ensure that relationships with their clients can be optimised and assist with the daily operation of the office.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide high level technical and administrative support to the Advisers and Practice.
- Deal effectively with queries from clients and other parties through effective communication.
- Deal with all administration tasks including the accurate input of data.
- Prepare files including compliance required documentation; research; illustrations and supporting documentation.
- Be proactive in bringing new clients on board, helping to understand all products.
- Support the Practice in maintaining accurate and up to date client data and client contact.
- Provide an excellent level of customer service to Practice clients.
- Ad hoc project work that may be required from time to time.
- Any other reasonable tasks that may be required by the Business.
Knowledge and experience:
- Previous experience in an office support role, ideally in financial services or related sector.
- Knowledge of relevant regulation and legislation (desirable but not essential).
- Experience of client management systems
- Excellent facetoface and telephone client interaction skills.
- Good experience of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Good organisation skills, strong attention to detail.
This role is paying from £25,000pa - £28,000pa depending on experience and comes with 20 days holiday (plus bank holidays) and has potential to work from home for some days after completing successful probation.
