Description

To provide administrative support to ensure that relationships with their clients can be optimised and assist with the daily operation of the office.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide high level technical and administrative support to the Advisers and Practice.
  • Deal effectively with queries from clients and other parties through effective communication.
  • Deal with all administration tasks including the accurate input of data.
  • Prepare files including compliance required documentation; research; illustrations and supporting documentation.
  • Be proactive in bringing new clients on board, helping to understand all products.
  • Support the Practice in maintaining accurate and up to date client data and client contact.
  • Provide an excellent level of customer service to Practice clients.
  • Ad hoc project work that may be required from time to time.
  • Any other reasonable tasks that may be required by the Business.

Knowledge and experience:


  • Previous experience in an office support role, ideally in financial services or related sector.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulation and legislation (desirable but not essential).
  • Experience of client management systems
  • Excellent facetoface and telephone client interaction skills.
  • Good experience of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Good organisation skills, strong attention to detail.


This role is paying from £25,000pa - £28,000pa depending on experience and comes with 20 days holiday (plus bank holidays) and has potential to work from home for some days after completing successful probation.
