UK Management College are looking for enthusiastic and confident individuals to join our team as an Academic Administrator.

Our business is growing rapidly and as such, we have a number of different roles to fulfill.

As this is a role in which you will be dealing with students face to face, this is an office-based role in our new campus in Manchester.

Under the direction of the Head of Academic Services, you will be responsible for:

  • Student Registration
  • Attendance Monitoring
  • Course Examination and Assessment
  • Handling queries and complaints
Academic Administrator Requirements

  • Proven administrative skills (wellorganised, clearthinking, proactive, and effective) obtained through demonstrable experience
  • Ability to multitask, solve problems, and work calmly and logically to meet multiple and sometimes conflicting deadlines
  • Ability to work independently, practically, and resourcefully as a member of a the team
  • Quick to learn new systems and processes, and to have the capacity to assimilate, understand, and retain complex information at speed, while maintaining accuracy
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, with the ability to deal confidently, sensitively, and appropriately with a wide variety of people from varying backgrounds and ethnicities
  • Ability to be tactful and discrete in dealing with confidential or sensitive matters
  • Flexibility in their approach to work, with a cooperative attitude

Pay:
From £23,795.00 per year
