Role Description
We are looking for an experienced part-time of full-time Administrator to join our team.

This is a hybrid role, initially working from the office in Peterborough and then with the option for remote working should you prefer.

You will be working with the paraplanning team to support them in producing highly detailed financial plans for our clients.

Prior experience of working within an IFA or Financial Planning company is required with some knowledge of financial products. You will be expected to be proficient in the use of back office systems and investment platforms. A good working knowledge of excel is also required along with excellent written communication skills.

Job requirements

  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
  • 2 years minimum experience within financial services

Job Types:

Salary:
£23,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
