    We are seeking a Pensions Administrator to join our vibrant office with hybrid working. This is an exciting role that would suit someone with previous experience in a similar administrative or customer service role, or a recent graduate looking to embark on a career in pensions.

    XPS Group is a leading UK consulting and administration business specialising in the pensions and insurance sectors. Our Pensions Administrator business continues to grow, and we are committed to providing excellent service to our clients and their members.

    The Role

    As a Pensions Administrator, you will be responsible for:

    • Updating relevant pension administration databases and systems.
    • Handling both Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) and HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) queries.
    • Receiving and handling internal and external telephone queries.
    • Performing manual benefits calculations.
    • Amending and checking non-financial work, such as change of address.
    • Assisting the team with project-related work, such as bulk mailshots to scheme members.
    • Ensuring the accurate updating of time recording systems and meeting required utilisation targets.

    Your Profile

    • Recent Graduate or Good level of education with a minimum Grade 4/C in GCSE Maths and English, or equivalent.
    • Excellent organisational and planning skills.
    • Able to see projects/tasks through to completion within given timescales.
    • Able to follow instructions, procedures, policies and assimilate information quickly in a consistent manner.
    • Enthusiastic, positive and flexible approach to work.
    • Able to recognise the need for a customer-focused approach to their delivery both in terms of quality and exceeding customer expectations.
