Job Summary:

We are proud to be working exclusively on a client-side Commercial Estate Surveyor role based in London and offering up to £60,000 plus package with flexible/remote working with a requirement to be in West London for 2 days per week.

You will work closely with the Head of Asset Management ensuring the portfolio is managed in line with RICS best practice, codes and guidelines.

You will identify and deliver opportunities to drive growth and reduce risk through effective estate management.

Some of the key accountabilities include:

Delivering monthly Estate Management budget, monitoring reports, hosting monthly arrears meetings, reviewing specific recommendations in respect of debt collection
Proactively managing tenanted property portfolio ensuring lifecycle costs are programmed, statutory responsibilities are met and management schedules are maintained
Leading on all rent reviews and lease events, together with service charge indexed reviews
Responsibility for void management across the commercial portfolio of c. 400 leases
Responsibility for oversight of Managing Agents
