Job DescriptionSince opening up in York over 30 years ago, Hunters Estate agents has grown into one of the UK's largest estate agents with over 200 branches and thousands of rental properties available nationwide.
This is down to consistent growth fueled by a robust business model, high standards of customer service, and market resilience.
Key Tasks/ Responsibilities:
- Providing full administrative support to the lettings team
- Producing new tenancy agreements and providing administration support of new tenancy files from the point of offer to completion
- Liaising with landlords and tenants to ensure the process runs smoothly along with terminations
- Marketing, collating and processing invoices
- Property management whilst providing excellent customer service always
Requirements:
None needed as all training provided
The successful applicant will complete and obtain a Business Admin Level 3 Qualification through Learning Curve Group.
- You will be taught through:
- 4-6 Weekly 1-2-1 Sessions with your tutor
- 6 Weekly Hours Off the Job Training No college release day
- The course is 14 months programme.
Salary:
£6.40-£11.44 per hour
Expected hours: 37 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
