One of our retained clients is currently recruiting for their Rosette Restaurant and are looking for a passionate Pastry Chef to join their brigade of talented chefs.

This award-winning restaurant is set close to the Essex and London borders.

This busy venueis looking for an enthusiastic Junior Pastry chef who is ideally wanting to join a professional kitchen, to learn and develop their skills.

The team is headed by an award-winning chef, and they will focus on high quality, fresh food, all prepared in house.


They are looking for a creative Junior Pastry Chef to join their expanding team, to support their Senior Pastry chef and Head chef.

As part of the team of experienced chefs, you will help produce the desserts for their busy fresh food Restaurant, being responsiblefor the mise-en-place, and service for the pastry section.

You will have the opportunity to put forward your ideas for menus and to develop your own skills within a supportive environment.


As a Pastry Chef, you will ensure the food is produced to a consistently high standard at all times, assisting the senior chefs in the daily running of the kitchen, whilst keeping the fridges clean and organized, and food labelled and rotated as well asordering stock and handling deliveries.

Experience in fine dining or Rosette level restaurants is a must 2AA+ rosette level preferred.


A car driver will be preferred due to location; however, venue can be accessed by some public transport and the Central Line.
