We are looking for a marketing wiz to come onboard with our amazing team at FitPreneur to work closely with our creators and help strategise and execute/manage FULL marketing campaigns for our Fitness Influencers/Coaches.

FitPreneur is an industry leading and rapidly growing marketing agency that specialises in app development and both organic/paid marketing campaigns for fitness influencers and coaches.

We literally work with some of the biggest fitness creators across the world and our goal is to help them monetise as many social followers as possible into services or products.

We analyse our clients business and current strategy as soon as they come onboard and build out a full strategy from both an organic and paid perspective to help our clients maximise their reach across socials, engage their audience, and then essentially help them convert leads into loyal paying clients via High Ticket or Low Ticket app subscriptions.

Our team is super passionate about fitness and marketing, and we're looking for a talented Marketing Specialist who truly understands marketing and high following social media accounts to join us in making a significant impact in the fitness space.

Responsibilities:

Creator Management:
Work very closely with the creator and assist in the growth of their business. This will be done via zoom calls, in person meetings and slack communications.

Social Media:

Understand social media and help our creators not only build their platforms but help them in turning their followers into paying customers.

Launch Campaigns:
Develop and execute comprehensive launch campaigns for fitness influencers, ensuring maximum exposure and engagement.

Lead Generation:
Implement effective lead generation strategies to attract potential clients and increase the client base for fitness influencers.

Conversion Optimisation:
Continuously analyse campaign performance and optimise strategies to achieve maximum conversions into paying clients.

Marketing Platform Expertise:
Utilise and optimise platforms like GoHighLevel and Mailerlite for efficient campaign execution. Provide insights and suggestions for improvement.

Communication Skills:
Effectively communicate with clients, influencers, and internal team members to ensure smooth collaboration and campaign success.

Requirements:

Previous experience working with fitness creators/coaches is a non negotiable

Must have a broad knowledge of both organic and paid marketing strategies.

Proven experience in marketing, sales, and lead generation, preferably in the fitness industry.

Familiarity with platforms such as WordPress, GoHighLevel and Mailerlite.

Extensive social media knowledge is needed.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Proactive mindset with a focus on achieving measurable results.

£30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
