Introduction:


Our client are looking for a qualified and experienced apprenticeship assessor to deliver their digital marketing apprenticeships at levels 2 and 3 to a caseload of 35 learners per cohort.

They are an award-winning independent training provider specialisingin delivering digital skills up to level 5 with a team made up of professionals from the IT Infrastructure, software development, digital marketing, and cyber security industries.


They have been established for a few years, have an amazing presence and are a learner centric provider having their learning and development at the heart of what they do.


Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Trainer in Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering digital marketing apprenticeships at levels 2 and 3 to a caseload of 35 learners per cohort
  • Mentoring and motivating through developing their skills in digital marketing throughout their journey
  • Provide updated teaching resources to meet learners' needs and highquality materials for all learners
  • Record the learners' progress and follow the required standards of the Apprenticeship programme
  • Ensure to hit targets and KPIs in a timely manner

Experience and Skills:
As a Trainer in Digital Marketing, you will need the following to be successful:

  • Digital Marketing qualifications such as Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing Apprenticeship, and CIM qualification
  • Teaching qualifications and Assessing qualification such as the A1, CAVA, TAQA, D32/D33 or equivalent
  • Good understanding and experience in delivering Digital Marketing Standards
  • Excellent management and communication skills
  • Persuasive, team player, and selfmotivated
