Associate Director, Data Science Outsourcing Operations | Permanent | Pharmaceutical Industry | Remote

Proclinical is seeking a dynamic Associate Director Outsourcing Operations - Statistics or Programming position for a remote role anywhere within Europe.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a robust operational model for outsourcing, including partnership frameworks, governance, risk mitigation strategies, and performance metrics.
Establish strong relationships with internal teams and CRO partners, ensuring effective communication and project coordination.
Manage budgets and financial aspects of outsourcing operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal SOPs.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's preferred) with 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical operations or project management.
Proven track record in implementing outsourcing models and driving operational excellence.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
