About the role:


Chosen Care Group is currently recruiting
Care Worker with a minimum of six months experience in delivering Personal Care, and housekeeping tasks.


You need level 1 in Health and Social Care or equivalent, effective communication skills, and prepared to work flexibly to meet our Patients needs in the community.

Main duties -

  • Assist patient's with personal care tasks, such as washing, dressing, eating and toileting.
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as dusting, vacuuming, and changing bed clothes.
  • Assist in the safe lifting, transferring, repositioning and movement of patients.
  • Support all aspects of medication and accompany patient's to medical appointments.
  • Observe, monitor, and record patient's physical and emotional wellbeing and promptly report any changes to senior staff.
  • Encourage patient's to participate in social and recreational activities while helping them maintain independence.
  • Ensure effective demonstration and reporting is carried out for every patient you provide care and able to work under mínimal supervision.

£10.47 per hour


Day range:

  • Every weekend
  • Monday to Friday

Shift:

  • Day shift
  • Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • London, N13 4AE: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:


  • Home care: 1 year (preferred)

Language:


  • English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
