Description

The roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Ensuring the smooth day to day running of the office
  • Being the first point of contact for people coming into the office
  • Answering the telephone and filtering the calls to the right department
  • Upkeep of Property Maintenance day to day tasks and coordination, including dealing with tenants, landlords, trade and suppliers.
  • Dealing with all aspects of the Lettings administration from advertising properties, registering applicants, arranging property viewings, signups, preparation of all tenancy documentation and renewals
  • Ensuring all compliance related items are actioned such GSCs, EPCs, EICRs and FRAs.
  • Liaising with tenants and landlords
  • Key management
  • Looking after the company subscriptions
  • Carrying out market research for the company subscriptions and purchasing all supplies and materials
  • Attending appointments necessary and carry out tasks in and out of the office
  • Adhoc tasks to support the team
  • Conducting Property Inspections

Salary:
£23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
