About You:

An organized and motivated individual with a passion for providing executive support
You have at least 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably in a start up or a lean business
Confident in managing calendars, scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings and managing inboxes
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective interaction with stakeholders at all levels

What You Will Be Doing:

Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings for executives
Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Attending meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action items
Accurately maintaining records and files, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity
Supporting two Client Development Directors within the commercial sales team
