We help brands create their content marketing strategy then produce, distribute and monetise their content, and we want you to join our expert in-house team of specialist editors, content marketers, designers and brand strategists.


Day to day, what's the role?

As a Client Project Co-ordinator at Dialogue, this is a great role for someone looking to start their career in creative client services, working with some exciting and innovative brands.

Your main focus will be to assist and support the Account Director and Creative Team with the running of client accounts and producing inspirational content


This will include:

  • Communicating daily with clients to ensure the smooth running of projects
  • Developing excellent working relationships with internal teams
  • Clients and external suppliers as necessary
  • Helping to prepare project timelines
  • Being part of the creative process during photoshoots and crafting of multichannel communications
  • Updating daily/weekly status reports
  • Invoicing clients and approving supplier invoices for payment.


Collaborating with a friendly team, you will ensure that all client activities are delivered on time, to a high standard, to the required specification and in line with budgets and expectations.

What skills do I need?

  • Great organisational and planning skills
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Experience of working in fast paced environment
  • Background in publishing, content or marketing desirable
  • Comfortable and confident in liaising with people at all levels
  • Willingness to learn to be the best at what you do
  • Full driving licence desirable but not essential

Where will I be based?
Our office is in Norwich, but we are open to this role being home based/agile.


What's the package?

  • Full time permanent role 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday
  • Salary £20k 24k
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays + your birthday off

Salary:
£20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
