Description

The
Project Administrator will give administration support to the operational team by carrying out all the admin duties required to allow the programme of works to run efficiently and as scheduled.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Updating client and company systems with resource plans
  • Uploading all safe digs to the system and issuing it through to the gang
  • Ensuring all paperwork related to Temporary Traffic Regulations are updated and issued.
  • Assisting engineers upload paperwork to company systems
  • Assisting the noticing team by printing and issuing documentation
  • Managing requesting for information from other utility companies
  • Compiling the information from company systems to generate reports
Issuing job packs including all safe dig documents


Skills and experience required:


  • Experience working in an administration role
  • Experience in similar role would be advantageous.
  • An understanding of the utilities or telecommunications sector is desirable.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Familiar with Microsoft packages such as Excel, Outlook
