The postholder will need a flexible approach to working times to meet the demands of the job - evening and weekend working will be required.

The Community Larder is funded by the West Kent Health and Care Partnership.

About You:
You will be qualified in project management and understand the impacts of health inequalities and poor health.

You must be community focussed, understand the local area and the needs of the residents, and have the skills to recruit and maintain volunteers to aid project delivery.

You will have experience of working in partnership with internal and external agencies to develop a multi-agency approach and manage a referral pathway

Additionally, you will have excellent record of collecting, monitoring, and evaluating data in accordance with GDPR to report to the funders.
