Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Therapy Assistant to work within the Trauma and Orthopaedic Therapy Team, supporting the delivery of Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy.


Work is delegated and supervised by professional staff and the successful applicants will undergo an induction and receive ongoing training and support.

You will be working alongside qualified therapy staff, student staff, other experienced Therapy Assistants as well as all other members of the MDT.


Regular supervision and appraisal will be undertaken with a designated supervisor to ensure personal, team and trust objectives are met and that you achieve your full potential and full job satisfaction.


An essential part of the role will be to participate in the active treatment of patients and therefore a good level of fitness and dexterity will be necessary.
