Winkworth are looking for an experienced sales consultant to join our busy Battersea office. We are looking for a sales driven, hungry individual who has excellent pitching and closing skills. You need to be well presented, organized and want to work in a busy and fun environment.


Responsibilities and Duties


The role will involve; qualifying potential buyers, identifying their needs and matching them to suitable properties, viewing properties, negotiating offers and delivering the highest levels of customer service both to buyers and sellers.


REQUIREMENTS

YOU MUST have a minimum of 1 years' experience in Estate agency:

Full UK Driving License:

Target Driven, Well presented and Self motivated

Location:
London


Highly competitive salary based on previous experience + performance related bonus + regular incentives run throughout the year + car allowance.

Holiday: 20 days, plus birthday & days between Christmas off.


Salary:
From £20,000.00 per year
