Training Co-Ordinator

Centre based in Cardiff, South Wales
FT Permanent Monday to Friday 35 hours per week
9am till 4.30pm

I am thrilled to share this amazing opportunity with you all.

In this role, you'll lead engaging workshops to empower our Apprenticeship learners and equip them with the latest knowledge and skills needed to excel in their qualification journey.


Your duties will include delivering dynamic Health & Social Care workshops, ensuring learners are motivated and upskilled to reach their full potential.

You'll also play a vital role in providing additional support to learners, especially those with identified additional learning needs, fostering an inclusive learning environment for all.


Duties will include:

  • Delivering our Health & Social Care workshops which engages, motivates and upskills learners.
  • Reminder communications to all leaners attending your sessions.
  • Managing all fail to attend leaners for all workshop sessions.
  • Updating each learners Smart Assessor file with the knowledge learnt from the workshop and ensuring progress has been made and closing down the session accurately.
  • Accountable for offering learners additional support if required.
  • Responsible for offering additional support if any learner has an identified ALN.


Collaboration is key You'll participate in standardisation sessions with peers to enhance best practices and stay updated on course content.
