Administration Support /Contract Officer
Job Brief


To work cooperatively with both internal and external customers providing administrative support over a range of administration tasks within the SIRM Maritime business.

With a primary focus on supporting our large satellite and terrestrial airtime business and ongoing contracts.


Responsibilities:


  • Able to undertake general administration functions and tasks within the business
  • Produce comprehensive and accurate quotations directly to customers in a timely manner and proactively follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any complaint.
  • Proactively support Engineering community and regional offices with Administration tasks when required
  • Accurately process customer orders and requests, ensuring internal processes are followed
  • Monitoring customer accounts/usage and provide comprehensive data reports to help the
Skills, Qualifications and Knowledge Required

  • A selfsufficient individual who requires minimum supervision but nonetheless understands the need for processes and independent business governance
  • An excellent communicator able to operate at different levels within customer, company, and partner organisations
  • Experience of dealing with customers on a daytoday basis to ensure their satisfaction.
  • A team player who recognises the need to contribute in a multidisciplined team
  • Numerate and literate.
  • Attention to detail
  • Positive mental attitude
  • 23 years Customer Service experience
  • 23 years Administration experience
  • Experience of the Microsoft Dynamic business environment desirable
  • Experience of the airtime billing systems desirable
  • Evidence of using initiative and being proactive desirable
This role will be office based with significant display screen equipment use

Occasional travel may be required.
