NEW POSITION:

We are recruiting for a niche, specialist freight forwarder based locally to Feltham they are seeking a Night Transport Operations coordinator to join there 24/7 aviation logistics will be responsible for the smooth running of transportationand operations.

_


Duties will include:


  • ETSF Facility
  • Airport shed knowledge
  • Dispatching and Briefing drivers
  • Ensuring drivers complete daily vehicle checks, PODS and general admin
  • Ensuring all documents are completed and correct with each consignment
  • Assisting with customers / visitors at reception desk
  • Liaising with the customers service and operations teams

Experience/ Skills needed:


  • Previous freight forwarding / Cargo experience
  • PC literate
  • Good customer service skills

Working hours:


  • 4 on 4 off or Monday to Friday hours negotiable
