THE ROLE
We are hiring a talented, motivated Talent Specialist to join our London Human Resources team.

You will work closely with the global People Team, including colleagues in People Operations and local in-country HR Managers.


There will necessarily be a healthy amount of administration that you will need to execute to a high standard in this role.

However, we are looking for someone who is not only prepared to do the work but constantly looks for opportunities to streamline processes, improve user experience, and tighten up on governance.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Clarifying role profiles with hiring managers and supporting the execution of the talent acquisition life cycle. Establish regular checkins to ensure momentum and support.
  • Appropriately advertise opportunities including utilizing social networking, job boards, referrals and our internal network to source and headhunt prospective talent.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective talent in order to establish networks in the industry to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Actively influencing the hiring plan by helping the business maximize its growth strategy by levering recruitment data and market insights.
  • Participate in our employer branding strategies.
  • Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately.
  • Partner with your colleagues on a number of important projects over time (Entrylevel Program, DEI, Training...)

IT Literacy - you need to be comfortable with IT systems and working with data (you should have at least intermediate-level excel).

Delivery focus - it may sound obvious, but the ability to proactively churn through work at pace and deliver quality outputs really matters

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Some experience of working in HR or recruitment (agency or inhouse) would be useful but is not required
