Service Information:

The Catering department is situated in the grounds of small friendly campus with easy access to good transports links.

The Catering team are responsible for creating the best campus food experience for our students, staff and visitors as well as delivering hospitality to functions and events.


The key purpose of the role is to be the first point of contact for all food and beverage goods being delivered to site, to ensure goods are being checked for quality and quantity and then to store goods correctly according to HACCP principles.

Applicants must be physically fit to put goods away in a timely manner maintaining 'First in

  • First Our' principles and keeping all store rooms tidy and clean. The person must be proactive with an ability to work on their own using their initiative and also as part of a dynamic catering team. They must be able to remain focused during busy times maintaining high levels of hygiene, food safety, attention to detail whilst offering speed and efficiency of service. This role will be key to maintaining good stock management and will assist with stock replenishing and stockcounting.
