Customer Service Administrator, Basingstoke:

A market leading manufacturing business with modern office close to all main roads and public transport links.


Customer Service Administrator, Basingstoke:


  • Inputting customer schedules and incoming orders into the ERP system.
  • Adhering to contract evaluation procedures and maintaining thorough documentation.
  • Strategies for short and longterm to synchronise supply with demand to meet customer needs.
  • Collaborating with various teams to streamline sales order management and interdepartmental communication.
  • Serving as a point of contact for diverse clientele, addressing inquiries regarding order status and delivery schedules.
  • Generating warehouse pick list reports based on weekly customer demands.
  • Executing shipping tasks via the ERP system, completing necessary paperwork, and arranging transportation as required.
  • Generating Export Documentation in coordination with Customs Broker and liaising with customerdesignated transport firms.
  • Monitoring outstanding shipments and coordinating followup actions with relevant departments.
  • Participating in Annual Safety Day events.
  • Fulfilling general administrative responsibilities.

  • Displays outstanding organisational capabilities.
  • Capable of prioritising tasks effectively while upholding a high standard of professionalism and meticulousness.
  • Works collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Possesses a solid understanding of Microsoft Office suite (including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Share-Point)

What's on Offer:

Salary circa £23,000 to £27,000 dependant upon experience.
