Temporary role starting ASAP- Ongoing with potential for permanent hire
- Onsite four days per week, working hours 95, Mon-Fri
This is a temporary role which will start ASAP. The role is totally ongoing with a view to becoming permanent.
Duties will include:
- Being the first point of contact for the department
- Attend and minute meetings
- Manage diaries, project schedules and events schedules
- Keep the Sharepoint database up to date
- Manage and coordinate meetings
- Arrange travel where necessary
- Produce purchase orders and process departmental invoices
- Available to work onsite in East London 4 days per week with one day at home
- A confident and experienced administrator or PA
- Minute taking and diary management experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong database knowlege and experience, Sharepoint beneficial
- Used to working in an estates or facilities team beneficial
- Able to start ASAP ideally with no notice.
