We are looking for someone who is competent in Microsoft office, well organised and enthusiastic in their work. Experience of administration is required.What you will be doing as a Fleet and Compliance Administrator?
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the company's fleet management database, ensuring accurate and uptodate information on all vehicles, drivers, and maintenance records.
- Create and maintain vehicle inspection records, including mileage reports and inspection checklists.
- Scheduling and coordinating vehicle maintenance activities, ensuring adherence to manufacturer guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and maintain fleet compliance documentation, including vehicle registration certificates, insurance policies, driving license checks, and tachograph records.
- Daily invoicing and updating planning software.
- Sending proof of deliveries and updates across to customers.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrator or in a similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to prioritize tasks

£16,847.70-£24,699.51 per year
