Senior Hotel Receptionist / Front Office Supervisor required for a fantastic Hotel based in NW London.

The focus of this Senior Hotel Receptionist / Front Office Supervisor role will be taking care of guests creating a great first impression from the moment they arrive through to their departure ensuring that they have a positive and memorable experience.

You will also supervise a small Front Office Reception team covering Duty Management shifts as required.

We are ideally seeking a Front Office Receptionist or Front Office Supervisor that has some experience working in a four-star hotel or higher with the following;

Previous experience as a Senior Front Desk Receptionist, Reservations Agent, Front Office Supervisor or similar
A passion for delivering excellent Customer Service
Strong teamwork, problem solving and communication skills
The ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
Experience in Opera PMS
Supervisory experience
