Customer Support Advisor


We are currently recruiting for a Validations Advisor to join the Invoicing and Validations Team team based at our Customer Support Centre in Aston.

The role will be working between 7.45am and 5.30pm, Monday to Saturday on a rota basis.


As Validations Advisor, you will take inbound calls from repair agents as well as ATS Centre's and Mobile Technicians to validate work requests within agreed Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators.

You will recommend honest solutions to 3rdparty repairers, our Centres and Technicians to ensure the vehicle is repaired in accordance with the customer's agreement and manufacturers recommendations.


Key Responsibilities include:


  • Ensuring all company systems are updated with the appropriate customer pricing updates and commentary.
  • Service, Maintenance and Repair (SMR) jobs are to be built in authorisation platform accurately in line with the point of sale invoice.
  • Contacting supplier and repair agents, and feedback work approved to be undertaken in line with the customer's existing agreement with the Company.
  • Feedback to the Team Leader any identified improvements and efficiencies that will ensure outstanding customer care is delivered.
  • Ensuring that work requested to be undertaken is carried out by approved repair agents, including ATS Centers.

Salary:
£20,000.00 per year
