    About the Role

    We are seeking an experienced data practitioner to own our data strategy and promote a culture of data across the organisation. As part of our Data & Analytics team, you will report to the Head of IT & Systems.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Roadmap Development: Develop data-driven roadmaps to guide our business decisions.
    • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a bridge between the data team and internal stakeholders, promoting data adoption and encouraging buy-in.
    • Data Product Delivery: Define and oversee the delivery of data products, ensuring high standards of quality and relevance.
    • Technical Ownership: Lead the technical data strategy to maximise value from our tech stack.
    • Resource Management: Ensure the team is adequately resourced, including identifying and managing partners and building business cases for resourcing needs.
    • Team Development: Cultivate an environment of learning and innovation in the data team.

    Requirements:

    • 3+ years of experience in data leadership with at least 3 years as a product manager.
    • Experience working in eCommerce or Digital Marketing and familiarity with digital marketing KPIs and metrics.
    • Experience in using Data Warehouses/Big Data as your data backbone.
    • A working knowledge of SQL and data modelling & architecture.
    • Ability to own our data quality framework and ensure insights are correct and robust.
    • Comfortable managing and prioritising multiple concurrent projects.

    Bonus Points:

    • Experience working with GCP or another cloud service provider.
    • Experience in forecasting and measuring ROI.
    • Experience in Cookie compliance and/or consent management platforms.
    • Experience in Web/Product Analytics and Statistics or Data Science.

    Estimated Salary:
