About the job:
The Red Hat Enterprise Sales team is looking for a Teamed Inside Sales Representative to join us in Farnborough, UK.
In this role, you will collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives to drive growth in defined key accounts within the UK Public Sector.
What you will do:
- Own end to end Sales Cycle for Renewal Business in assigned accounts public sector
- Drive in/outbound demand responses to generate incremental bookings through selling Red Hat's comprehensive enterprise solutions
- Sell the company's products, systems and or services through Multi-Channels
- Independently work on opportunities from qualification, preparation, follow up and close, aligning to MEDDPICC methodology
- Promote Red Hat events to customers and attend in person (when appropriate)
- Be a core part of the sales account team collaborating and proactively following up on leads, customer inquiries, meeting coordination, and commercial excellence
- Manage forecasts and pipeline, record sales activity and schedule follow up activities as needed, tracking customer data using CRM tools
- Collaborate and orchestrate with Finance, Deal Desk, Legal, Business Units and Operations on quotations, price negotiations, contract development and order fulfilment while ensuring compliance with internal processes
What you will bring:
- Sales oriented ability to understand customer's needs and have an understanding of the sales cycle process
- Ability to build longterm relationships with customers by establishing trust and credibility
- Ability to collaborate within a team and coordinate complex activities with a diverse set of internal stakeholders
- Experience in technology or software sales support position in outside sales, inside sales, telemarketing, or sales administration, with a record of achieving sales goals
- Excellent organisational, time management and project management skills
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of CRM (SFDC) and additional sales tools & systems (Quip, OutReach, Apttus) is desirable
- Understanding of working with partners
