    About This Role

    We seek an enthusiastic and inspirational Business Account Manager in our thriving counter at Harvey Nichols.

    You will be responsible for growing the account and increasing brand awareness via internal and external activity. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, previous experience leading a team, and managing a growing business.

    Leading by example is key to success in this role. You will thrive in a target-driven environment and enjoy supporting others to achieve set goals and KPIs.

    This role involves field management support, mentoring counter managers and teams across multiple locations, reporting directly to the Head of Retail.

    Key Responsibilities

    • You will oversee the success of the counter, ensuring both the team and the account meet sales targets.
    • You will work closely with other counter managers to help train, coach, and develop additional teams, supporting the head of retail.
    • You will lead and develop a team of two dedicated Counter Specialists.
    • You will strategically plan business growth with department managers, press, marketing teams, and the head of retail to launch new initiatives and lead on counter events.
    • You will hold team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
    • You will conduct in-depth skin consultations using the latest skin imaging technology.

    Desired Skills and Experience

    • Previous retail experience, ideally in a high-end environment.
    • Previous management or assistant management experience is essential.
    • A background in skincare or cosmetics sales.
    • A passion for beauty and results-driven skincare.
    • A proactive approach to sales.
    • A growth mindset and a passion to develop and mentor others in the field.
