Description

We are recruiting a Finance Analyst to Business Partner for a large global pharmaceutical company near High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, easily accessible on the Chiltern Train Line.

You will be reporting directly to the CFO and supporting the UK management team in piloting and understanding the financial KPI's tooptimize performance through average sales-price monitoring and Opex control, helping to improve operating profitability and cash generation.

You will be working in a complex inter-continental business and will be heavily involved with the business, workingclosely with the Business Unit Directors.

You will also have the autonomy to work and report directly to their global headquarters.


Essential Functions:


  • Participate to monthly closing process.
  • Manage local business support.
  • Manage travel expenses and third party purchases.
  • Heavy on budgeting planning and processes
  • In charge of preparation of data required for monthly Business Review.
  • Coordinate Budget process working in collaboration with the CFO.

Skills and Experience


You will possess the ability to use your comprehensive knowledge and skills to work independently on budgeting & forecasting while providing guidance and training to other team members.

With a strong knowledge of financial processes & tools you will havethe ability to provide guidance and training to others on reviewing and creating relevant and effective reports.

You will possess the experience and confidence to approach and challenge Business Unit Directors where necessary.


Essential Skills:

  • At least 3 years experience within an FP&A role or similar
  • A high level of data analysis and data managemet skills.
  • Budgeting, Forecasting & Business Planning.
  • Review and Reporting.
  • Exceptional communications skills, both verbal and written
  • Attention to detail; flexible; approachable; calm under pressure
  • High standards of accuracy
  • Advanced Excel and proficient MS
