The Role
We provide sustainable transport options to cities nationwide through the provision of Bike, E-Bike and E-Scooter schemes. We are looking for a talented Scheme Administrator Executive to join our Greater Manchester Operations team.

The role is an essential asset to our Operations Department, ensuring that the coordination of data, reporting and standards are maintained.

You'll be joining a group of highly motivated team players on a committed mission to deliver sustainable transport to Greater Manchester.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate local internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of ongoing day to day operations of the project.
  • Update detailed project plans to track progress, keeping up to date information and data.
  • Measure and report project performance using appropriate systems.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Maintain relationships with the client and other internal stakeholders
  • Risk management across both ongoing implementation and the BAU scheme.
  • Budget reporting management
  • Keep documentation, metrics, and project status' updated whilst maintaining project standards

Requirements and skills

  • Proven project management experience
  • Understanding or handson experience, a background in Micromobility, would be an advantage but not essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multitasking
  • Good working knowledge of Google/Microsoft Office/Looker tools
