Description
Internal Recruiter, £33883, hybrid working, Brighton based for UK Pensions company (public sector) due to growth.

You must have previous experience managing end to end recruitment campaigns using various attraction methods and techniques.


They will work closely with the other partners across the People Team, to continuously improve our ways of working, attraction techniques, management development and people plans, allowing for flexibility and ensuring delivery of corporate strategies andKPIs.


You will:
- design and deliver in house end to end recruitment campaigns using appropriate channels to reach a range of audiences
- working with specific directorates and partnering with the Business Partners to understand current and future requirements, from their directorates people plans, enabling proactive recruitment campaigns in a timely manner
- build effective relationships with stakeholders, using data, market intelligence and excellent communication skills to influence managers when designing their recruitment campaign
- promote company as an employer of choice to build talent pools


Experience needed:

  • Experience of managing and prioritising multiple campaigns including high volume recruitment is essential.
  • Experience of delivering innovative, diverse, and inclusive recruitment campaigns
  • Experience of working with centralised procurement and finance process, using recruitment agency frameworks to recruit
  • Must be happy working within the public sector where the pace can be slower than the private sector due to their regulations.


The Internal Recruiter, £33883 will need to work a minimum of 4 days in the office per month, hot desk policy, so can work more days in the office if preferred.

Monday-Friday 9-5pm.
