JOB DESCRIPTION:
OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
9 HOUR DAY
MONDAY - FRIDAY
Job Run Down:
Day to Day:
- Building, improving and
maintaining relationships with clients and its employees (Site managers) - Managing the live projects whilst
addressing and solving any issues that could prevent site security from running smoothly. - Confident in
issuing quotes to new and existing clients whilst maintaining good continuity (Camera systems, key holding and guard quotes)
Liaising with guards and the client - ensuring the welfare and safety of guards as well as checking in with the client.
Both parties should be happy.
- Updating spreadsheets logging information and ensuring everything is up to date
good organisational skills are imperative. - Keep on top of annual
accreditation health and safety, understand company policies etc. - Complete
risk assessments and method statements have a good understanding of health and safety risks. - Check in with the engineers on the road and ensure a positive working relationship.
- Manage the diary and work with the office assistant to
manage work load. - Be willing to go to sites to meet and maintain positive working relationships with clients you will be office based but a
'can do' attitude is essential.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
EXPERIENCE:
- Full training can be provided, some experience in manager position or similar is preferred
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Positive working attitude
- Immaculate organisational skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Highly motivated
- Excellent customer service e.g. maintain and develop relationships with site managers
- Good communication skills
- Comply with Health and Safety systems and responsibilities agree to health and safety training
- You will be required to clear a DBS check

Salary:
£34,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
- Overtime
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Slough: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)
Language:
- English (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (required)
