So many good things come in pairs, and these adorable twins are no exception. This family from Blackpool, Lancashire welcomed twin girls in March 22and are looking to be introduced to a local nanny when their current maternity nurse finishes who can support them in this wonderful journey with them.


The family are keen to be introduced to an experienced and qualified nanny who will be able to provide sole charge and occasional shared care to the twins You'll be there to offer hands on support to this lovely first time mum with feeding advice, nappy changes and planning educational activities as they continue to thrive.


The girls will be nearly one year old as the role commences so you'll be involved with ensuring they have a healthy and varied diet, taking them to activities and play groups locally and hitting all their milestones along the way.

They have had a maternity nurse with them so are already in a great routine.

This is very much a long term position to grow with the family together.

Duties


The family are looking for a nanny who is very capable, confident and experienced at working with very young children.

Duties will include care of the twins including feeding, changing, preparing age appropriate activities and using playtime to develop skills and learning.

The girls will be 11 months old at the start of the role therefore finding activities that engage them, and guide them through developmental milestones is key.

The successful nanny will will be responsible for, nursery cleaning duties and child related laundry care.

A driver is required for this position.

Hours : 36 per week

Thursday to Sunday 10.30am-7.30pm

    Essential requirements:
  • Fully enhanced DBS (criminal record) check. Agency will assist
  • Paediatric first aid
  • Excellent Checkable references
  • Previous experience working as a private nanny or as an experienced childcarer with twins experience,
  • Relevant childcare qualification or certificate.

£20.00-£22.00 per hour

  • Nannying: 3 years (preferred)
- childcare: 5 years (preferred)


Licence/Certification:

  • Recognised Childcare or certificate (preferred)
