Due to an exciting and imminent expansion, we are recruiting for a full time (permanent) Administrator to support our vibrant and fast paced business.
Established over 37 years ago, we are a family run, luxury furniture store located in Alcester, Warwickshire.What does the role involve?
We are looking to recruit an Administrator to assist with the fundamental management of our day to day operations and support our Directors, Sales Team and Warehouse Operatives.
Required skill set:
- A comprehensive working knowledge of all Microsoft packages (in particular Word and Excel);
- Excellent customer service;
- Effective diary management;
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to balance a busy workload.

Due to expansion and growth we are looking for a FULL TIME Admin assistant to help in the smooth running of our busy sales and back office departments at our luxury showroom in Alcester Warwickshire.
You Will:
- Using our bespoke software system, input customer orders
- Liaise with customers and suppliers on a daily basis
- Arrange deliveries, both incoming into the warehouse and outgoing to customers
- Take payments over the telephone
- Customer Service
