RESPONSIBILITIES:
New business generation and development of new client relationships
Build up a profile of hiring managers/clients
Identify current and future role vacancies
Develop a deep understanding of client companies including structure and culture
Liaising with and/or reporting to Manager & Directors
Learning and maintaining a detailed knowledge of the company's services

REQUIREMENTS/EXPERIENCE:
All backgrounds are considered and there are always opportunities to develop within the company
Must been keen to leverage your experience and further your career with a long-term view
A relationship builder capable of developing new and existing clients
Highly motivated, ambitious, a positive attitude, sales focused and financially driven
Exceptional customer service skills with excellent communication skills
Strong organisational and time management abilities
Must have proficient IT skills and literacy

SALARY & BENEFITS:

Salary:
£20,000 - £22,000 basic plus bonus per annum dependent on experience

Monday to Friday 8.00am-5.15pm
