Key Tasks & Duties

Carrying out Legionella risk assessments in line with ACOP L8 and BS8580, extensive knowledge of both is required

Preparing schematic drawings using a Cad based programme

Auditing and surveying of water systems and associated plant

Preparation of accurate reports and attending meetings where required.

Auditing and preparation of written control schemes

Skills and experience required for this role

Full UK driving license

City & Guilds in Legionella Risk Assessing or equivalent

Strong verbal & written communication

Flexibility to work away when required

Ability to manage own workload

Carry out water hygiene duties/remedial plumbing works/ servicing and maintenance of TMV's

Plumbing experience would be preferred but not essential

Knowledge of HTM04-01 for healthcare sites

HSG274 extensive knowledge


Salary:
£26,000.00-£32,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Overtime
