An exciting opportunity has arisen within our adult mental health service.

The opportunity involves being a part of a developing and expanding team to improve the access to mental health services.

The post is for a dedicated Single Point of Access professional, you must be a registered Social Worker/ Mental Health Nurse/ Occupational Therapist.

The post will require the professional to triage all referral information, prioritise and allocate to appropriate professional/ service.

The role will involve telephone contact with service users, which may be routine in nature or with someone who is experiencing a mental health crisis.

You will work within a team and will be expected to support and lead others if required.
