Hybrid role, 3 days from home and 2 days in Manchester

Basic up to £40,000 plus benefits
Our client is an independent consultancy firm within Energy and Sustainability for the construction industry, based in Manchester.

They encourage hybrid working with 2 days in the office per week so you can build up strong working relationships with the team.

You will have proven experience in producing thermal modelling, overheating and daylight calculations using IES VE software.

You will also need to have had experience in SBEM, and OCDEA SAP work as you will be working closely across the teams who handle this workload.

You will be working with a team who are expert in their field, their brand has developed based on the high level of customer service they supply to their clients.
