Team Leadership:
o Be responsible for the recruitment, training, and supervision of a skilled production team and associated sub-teams. o Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement, and become an ambassador for the wider company's values. o Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, promoting a positive and high
- performance work environment.

Quality Assurance:

o Establish and maintain robust quality control processes throughout the production cycle; identify all opportunities for improving quality and capture all issues before products leave the production line.

o Develop quality standards, inspection protocols, and corrective action plans. o Lead a Quality Assurance team to ensure only flawless, premium products leave our facility.

Inventory Management:
o Oversee stock management, ensuring optimal levels of materials and finished goods. o Implement inventory tracking systems to minimise discrepancies and streamline replenishment processes. o Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers for timely and cost-effective material procurement.

Customer Liaison and Product Support:
o Support the dispatch of products and deliveries with our concierge service partners.

o Undertake occasional travel to the south of France and other regions to support onboarding of the products onto superyachts.

o Coordinate continuous improvement and failure resolutions with mechanical and software teams.

Health and Safety:
o Champion a strong safety culture, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations. o Implement safety protocols and conduct regular training sessions to promote a safe working environment. o Collaborate with relevant authorities to mitigate potential safety risks.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years in industry.
  • Proven experience in production management, with a track record of having successfully set up and managed manufacturing facilities.
  • Indepth knowledge of industryspecific regulations, quality control processes, and health and safety standards, with proficiency in relevant software packages.
