Position Summary:


We are seeking a Planning Analyst to join our team and provide an integrated and supporting role across both the Commercial and Planning Team.

The Planning Analyst will take ownership of many reporting and administrative duties, as required.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Report daily/weekly on orderbook arrears and forecast demand
  • Orderbook variant reporting, including analysis of orderbook movements and changes, financials, units, and timelines
  • Line of Balance/LOB reporting, supporting Planning and Operations against production plans and operational performance/capacity
  • Inventory reporting, including analysis of current work in progress, raw material, purchased and finished goods against required and target inventory goals
  • Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning/SIOP reporting and development, working closely with the Triumph IT team and other stakeholders to support SIOP development
  • Presenting analysis and recommendations to teams and internal department stakeholders
  • Supporting internal departments and stakeholders on any business development projects
  • Providing tactical support to teams daily, with general administrative responsibilities such as raising and managing works orders and generating/inputting manual customer orders

Position Details:

  • Based in Deeside, Flintshire
  • Travel may be required
  • 37 hours a week, with flexibility required

Job Requirements, Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Knowledge and experience of a manufacturing ERP-driven environment
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
  • Proactive, resultsfocused, and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
  • Able to prioritize tasks effectively and identify where priority guidance is required
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience working in a similar manufacturing environment is an advantage
