Salary £23,000, up to £25,000 for technical background.

Monday to Friday (no weekends).

Customer Service Advisor - The Role:

  • Be the main point for Technical advice for all stakeholders
  • Work with the wider customer services team to deliver technical advice and solutions, keeping the customer informed throughout.
  • Ensure all administration is completed to a high level
  • Use the database systems and technology to deliver great customer service
  • Ad hoc projects as assigned by Customer Service Manager
  • Implement the Company returns and warranty processes
  • Identify and highlight opportunities to enhance the Customer Experience
  • A technical background would be an advantage but this isn't essential
  • Telephone based customer service experience
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines
  • High degree of attention to detail
  • Good IT skills with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office / Windows
  • Enthusiasm & an excellent team player
