Contract to start on until with a possible extension.


Job Purpose
Working together to deliver homes and communities where residents feel happy and secure.


Key Responsibilities:

Uphold SHPs Values, Behaviours & Leadership expectations at all times (see overleaf).

Manage the MCM appointments system from status 0 - 3 to include planning of jobs with operatives and subcontractors. Update appointments where appropriate.

Support the Communal Supervisor/Surveyor in delivering an effective communal repairs service.

Receive requests for communal repairs and place job orders with operatives or subcontractors.

Follow-on work booked in a timely manner.

Monitor all actions and variations requests.

Move jobs on to status 4 for CommunalSupervisor/Surveyor.

Manage jobs in jeopardy (potentially overdue)to ensure they are completed within the targettime.

Advise Communal Supervisor/Surveyor whereactions are required before jobs becomeoverdue.

Advise Resident Association, SFTRA of jobsoverdue and timescale to complete.

Booking appointments and liaising withresidents on behalf of the Communal Supervisor/Surveyor. Manage the Communal Supervisor/Surveyor's calendar.
