Production Operative

Desborough

Starting hourly pay £13.10 per hour (£27,373 per annum)

Permanent

Immediate start available on our night shift

As a Production Operative at Desborough you will be responsible for setting up and operating our state of the art machinery.

Hourly pay will increase up to £16.09 per hour (dependent on shift) once completely multi-skilled.

As a Production Operative, duties will include:

  • Demonstrate competence in timely machine setup, minimising down time and maximising efficiencies by working effectively as part of a team.
  • Produce work of a high standard by adhering to quality standards to ensure that product is produced to agreed specifications.
  • Maintain a good working relationship with colleagues to promote successful teamwork.
