Overview:
We are seeking two, motivated and customer focused, part-time, sales assistants. As Sales Assistants, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring excellent customer service. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our company while developing your sales skills.


Duties:

• Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets and objectives
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer enquiries and resolving issues
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
• Perform general administrative tasks to support the sales department
• Ensure showrooms are clean and tidy with up to date information on all our models. Ability to move furniture around esssential

Qualifications:

• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
• Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately
• Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently
• Strong desire to learn and develop sales skills
• Proficiency in English language is required
