Colchester United Community Foundation (CUCF) are the official charity partner of Colchester United FC.

We provide high quality programmes and experiences to up to 9,000 children, young people, and adults per week across our community.

We have positions available for the remainder of the 2023/24 season and for the new 2024/25 season

A minimum FA Introduction to Coaching Qualification (To undertake coaching activities)
FA Safeguarding Children Certificate
FA First Aid Certificate
Enhanced DBS (CUFC will support with obtaining this)

We're seeking staff to:

Develop

Develop positive and effective relationships and partnerships with colleagues, fans, participants, parents/guardians, and community partners.

Deliver

Deliver a highquality provision and fan engagement with matchday programmes.
Support
Support with the development and increased engagement with club activities, community projects and programmes on a matchday.

Collaborate

Collaborate with participants, fans, colleagues, partners, and parents/guardians to maximise impact and experience of a Colchester United matchday.

Evaluate

Evaluate the impact and success of delivery by collecting data (Where applicable), contributing to case studies, and showcasing success.
