Due to increased growth, we are looking to recruit an
Account Manager for our East Kilbride based sales team.


As an Account Manager your responsibilities will include, though will not be limited to:

  • Representing Target Healthcare to sell medicinal products to approved customers in the UK & Ireland
  • Creating sales orders and order confirmations on our internal systems
  • Compiling the required documentatioon of the picking and delivery of orders
  • Liaising with Warehouse department regarding any new orders
  • Corresponding with external sales representatives daily to discuss customer queries and account information
  • Recording any customer complaints recevied and forward the information to internal departments for investigation

As with all Group employees, you'll be asked to:

  • Act as an ambassador for the business, presenting the Group in a positive way with clients, customers, and colleagues.
  • Work flexibly and efficiently to meet customer needs, whilst maintaining the highest possible professional standards.
  • Always maintain confidentiality and security.

To be sucessful in this role, you should be able to demonstrate:

  • Experience of working in a similar role
  • Being capable of working towards KPI's
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to work methodically and accurately prcoess information
  • A supportive nature and good team playing mentality
  • Secondary school education in Maths and English (desirable)
**Hours of work: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday
